Program rundown:

Juan Carlos will guide you through a combination of body movements and pressure points where you just have to surrender, reaching a meditative state where your nervous system will be reset & rebalanced, remembering the initial trust of what is to be held and nourished.

Juan Carlos is a Janzu instructor who holds deep and a lifelong relationship with water.

Depending on the hours of your session, it is recommended main meals should be consumed at least two hours before your session. Please prepare your own swimwear & towels.
