    Special guest from Bali, Vocal Teacher Elena will share her experience and lead us to explore our voices together in a safe and supportive environment. Coming back into the body through the movements, breath and simple vocal exercises and practices such as toning, and humming, improvising and expressing ourselves in playful manner.
