In this workshop we will explore our voices together in a safe and supportive environment. Coming back into the body through the movements, breath and simple vocal exercises and practices such as toning, and humming, improvising and expressing ourselves in playful manner. We all have our main instruments - our voices and we all deserve to be heard. Workshop will be finished with Voice Bath with therapeutic vocals, monochords and singing bowls, where we allow ourselves to receive calming sounds of human voice, allowing body and soul to rest and to reflect on inner processes after.
