With guidance from Candace, a dedicated student of Master Wong’s integrated Shaolin, Taoist, Buddhist, and Zen traditions, you will learn key principles such as energy alignment, habit formation to restore Qi, and the significance of your body clock. Ideal for those seeking renewed energy and balance.

Candace’s spiritual journey has inspired her to focus on the holistic well-being of each individual, encompassing both mental and physical health. She believes that when body, mind, and spirit achieve harmony, true balance is attained. Her goal is to share this wisdom widely, giving more people the chance to experience the integrated growth of body, mind, and spirit. Through dedicated practice, students learn to take ownership of their physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
