Introduction: 10 minutes

Five Senses Sound bath: 20 minutes

We will utilise different types of tones to magnify your five senses. This special sound bath will assist you to raise your alertness about your body senses including seeing, smelling, hearing, tasting & sensing.

Colouring your Mandala bag: 90 minutes

513 Paint Shop will guide you and assist you with your mandala bag. All the tools would be provided, included

- A mandala tote bag

- paint brushes

- paint
