Make breath your superpower and restore the body-mind connection.
Breathwork experience is designed to enhance physical relaxation, achieve emotional balance, and mental clarity, and connect to intuition. The class will start with an opening circle to get the energy flow and move into the guided breathing exercises. We will explore different modalities and approaches coming from pranayama and qigong, martial arts, and modern breathwork.
